I can’t change items/quantities in the shopping cart.

When you buy multiple tickets from one concert, they are added as one product in your cart.

If you need to change your ticket quantities once they’ve been added to the shopping cart, open your cart and delete the concert (showing as one product) and then re-add your tickets with the correct quantity.

My cart only shows one product and not multiple tickets.

When you buy multiple tickets from one concert, they are added as one product in your cart. However, they will be shown as individual tickets in the PDF attached to your confirmation email.
